I am regularly contacted by constituents concerned about the future of our planet and our environment. I am proud of the work the Government is doing to commit us to net zero, leading the world in combatting climate change and I always appreciate constituents taking the time to contact me on these issues.

Jeremy Quin Meets Environmental and Entrepreneurial Team from Collyer's

On Saturday (27th April) I popped in to the Green Hub and met a brilliant entrepreneurial team from Collyer's. They have persuaded John Lewis to provide them with off cuts of surplus material which they are making into laptop bags - a win-win all round including for the environment.

Jeremy Quin Visits Mayes Park

It was lovely to visit Mayes Park Farm on Thursday last week to discuss their exciting rewilding plans.  They are working with Sussex Wildlife Trust to deliver improved biodiversity and it will be great to see how this rolls out.

Food Waste Update

At the end of last month, the Government launched new waste reforms to make it easier for people to do the right thing, maximise use, minimise waste and drive-up recycling rates.
